Account Information Overview
Mobile Phone Tips
- The full functionality of OBB can be accessed using the browser on your mobile phone.
- We also provide an optimised version of OBB that has a streamlined set of functionality for mobile phone usage. Items shown with an asterisk are not available using this customised version however, you can switch back to the full OBB service at any time.
- For queries about your mobile or browser please refer to your mobile carrier service provider.
Account Information enables you to manage your account information and search transaction history:
- Balances - view account information and transactions made on your Nominated Accounts;
- Transaction Search - quickly and simply search for specific transactions based on easily selected criteria;
- Statements - view/print Online Statements and/or order replacement Statements for your Nominated Accounts;
- Account Groups - group any of your Nominated Accounts in a more meaningful manner. These can then be viewed as a Group via Balances;
- Account Nicknames - change the name of any Nominated Account to something more meaningful.
