Mobile Phone Tips
- While the full functionality of OBB can be accessed using the browser on your mobile phone, please note that with the optimised version (a streamlined set of functionality for mobile phone usage) the Customer Service Module is not available.
- You can switch back to the full OBB service at any time.
The Customer Service group includes the following modules:
- Order Cheque Book - Order cheque books for your Nominated Accounts;
- Stop Cheque - Stop cheques for your Nominated Accounts;
- Bank Mail - Communicate with the Business Customer Support Team by electronic mail.
