User Maintenance Overview
Mobile Phone Tips
- While the full functionality of OBB can be accessed using the browser on your mobile phone, please note that with the optimised version (a streamlined set of functionality for mobile phone usage) the User Maintenance Module is not available.
- You can switch back to the full OBB service at any time.
The User Maintenance group is used to maintain User access.
When a customer is added to Online Business Banking, Bankwest adds the signatories specified on the application form. These users are known as Master Users. Master Users can then add and maintain other users as required.
It is the responsibility of Master Users to add and maintain Administrator Users and Employee Users, including resetting passwords. Bankwest only maintains Master Users.
The Profiles group includes the following modules:
- Your Details - Edit your personal details;
- User List - Add users and set account privileges and limits;
- Reset Secure Password - Change your Secure Password or the Secure Password of an Administrator or Employee User;
- Activity Report - View the activity of Users within Online Business Banking.
